About Me

Hello, my name is Alice. I'm a business support expert helping businesses and professionals with a variety of tasks and projects.

This helps to take away the stresses and strains of the time-consuming (and let’s face it boring) everyday tasks that get in the way and take up your time and energy.

I’ve been involved in small & medium businesses in varying capacities for nearly 20 years.

Working in wide ranging industries from hospitality, retail, translation, education to sales & marketing to health & wellness. With my far-reaching experience across industries and at multiple levels, I am in a brilliant position to be able to help those needing that extra hand of support.

I have an inherent desire to problem solve and help others. I pride myself on being approachable, forward thinking, resourceful and my communication skills are second to none.

I am passionate about my business and get no greater satisfaction than helping my clients succeed in theirs. So whether it’s appointment management, emails, outbound phone calls, invoicing or general organising of your day and business, you can be assured I will treat it like my own.

Getting to know your business and understanding your requirements is at the heart of what I do. This enables me to provide a trusted and authentic support to both you and your clients and allow you to concentrate on your strengths and driving your business forward.

What could I help you with?

Get in touch to let me know your requirements or have a chat to find out how I can help.

Why Outsource Vs Employing

No need to pay benefits on top of salaries

No NI, holiday pay, sick pay, maternity/paternity pay, or pensions need to pay benefits on top of salaries

No need to find office space or buy equipment

Virtual Assistants (VAs) have their own computing and software equipment in their own office space

No lengthy and costly hiring or firing process

You can even hire a VA on a trial basis to make sure they are the right fit for your business

Only pay for hours worked

The average employee does not really work 8 hours a day. They also have breaks and lunch breaks

Flexibility in increasing or decreasing hours worked according to your business needs

No need to keep an employee busy even if it's in a quiet period

Large variety of skill sets that are continually upgraded at no expense to you

As small business owners themselves, VAs are able to see the bigger picture and bring a high level of skill, perspective and attitude
